We are a major
supplier to the European laundry industry with subsidiaries in 27 European
countries. For our regional sales office in Offenburg, to cover for maternity
leave between now and July or August 2019, we are looking for an



 



INTERIM MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT



 



During this time, the main responsibilities
will include:



 



  • Coordinating two
    major European tenders

  • Creating monthly
    dashboards for major groups

  • Maintaining
    databases and complex Excel tables

  • Interacting with
    local sales management across Europe

  • Administrative
    support for senior management











 



 Candidates should possess the following
skills:



 



  • Languages:

    • Fluent written and
      spoken English

    • Good understanding
      of German & French

       

  • IT:

    • Advanced level Excel
      (Pivot tables, VLOOK UP, etc)

    • Knowledge of
      Microsoft Dynamics

    • Good organisational
      & data management skills

















 



The successful candidate will
also possess a good personality, sense of humour and the ability to work both
independently and in a team.
